Welcome to the villa! We’re delighted to have you with us and want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. To help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

• Food in the Rooms: As the villa is surrounded by a garden, we recommend not leaving food in the rooms to avoid attracting ants or other insects.
• Common Areas: Consuming food or beverages brought from outside is not allowed in the common areas.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. You are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas.
• Kitchen Use: For safety and hygiene reasons, the kitchen is for staff use only and is not accessible to guests.
• Video Surveillance: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a video surveillance system in the common areas.
• Jacuzzi in the Junior Suite: You are welcome to enjoy the hot tub in your room. For your safety and to ensure proper maintenance, we kindly ask that you do not use oils, soaps, or other substances in the water. The jacuzzi is available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to respect these hours to avoid disturbing those in adjacent rooms.
• In-Room Entertainment:
  Each room is equipped with a TV offering a wide selection of channels, including Netflix, Sky and Amazon Prime Video, for your relaxation and entertainment.

Regole della Villa – Benvenuti!

Cari Ospiti,
Siamo felici di accogliervi nella nostra villa e vi auguriamo un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Per garantire il comfort e la serenità di tutti, vi invitiamo cortesemente a rispettare alcune semplici regole:

• Cibo in camera: Poiché la villa è circondata da un giardino, vi consigliamo di non lasciare cibo in camera per evitare la presenza di formiche o altri insetti.
  
  
• Spazi comuni: Non è consentito consumare cibi o bevande provenienti dall’esterno nelle aree comuni della struttura.
  
  
• Fumo: È severamente vietato fumare all’interno della villa. È consentito fumare solo negli spazi esterni appositamente indicati.
  
  
• Uso della cucina: Per motivi di sicurezza e igiene, la cucina è riservata esclusivamente al personale e non accessibile agli ospiti.
  
  
• Videosorveglianza: La struttura è dotata di un sistema di videosorveglianza nelle aree comuni, per garantire la vostra sicurezza e tranquillità.
  
  
• Jacuzzi nella Junior Suite: Siete invitati a usufruire della vasca idromassaggio presente nella vostra camera. Per motivi di sicurezza e per garantire una corretta manutenzione, vi chiediamo gentilmente di non utilizzare oli, saponi o altre sostanze nell’acqua. La jacuzzi è possibile utilizzarla tutti i giorni dalle 9:00 alle 22:00. Vi invitiamo a rispettare questi orari per non arrecare disturbo agli ospiti delle camere adiacenti.
  
  
• Intrattenimento in Camera:
  Ogni camera è dotata di TV con una vasta selezione di canali, inclusi Netflix, Sky e Amazon Prime Video per il massimo del relax.

Complimentary Water:
Each room includes complimentary bottled water. If you need additional bottles, you can request them at the reception at a cost of €2 each.

Laundry Service:
We offer a laundry service in collaboration with an external provider. For details, delivery times, and pricing, please contact the reception.

Massage Service:
You can book a massage directly at the property, choosing to enjoy it either in your room or by the pool. We work with qualified external massage therapists. For bookings or more information, our reception team is at your disposal.

Bar:
By the pool, in the garden, and inside the Villa, you can enjoy drinks, coffee, and other beverages. Our staff will be happy to serve you if needed.

In-Room Entertainment:
Each room is equipped with a TV offering a wide selection of channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, for your relaxation and entertainment.

Partner Restaurants:
We are pleased to offer our guests a 10% discount at the following selected restaurants:

• Antico Frantoio:
  Just a short walk from the property, this restaurant serves traditional Sorrentine and Italian dishes, with a great menu focused on pizza and grilled meats.
• Mò Mò Kitchen & Bar – Sorrento:
  A modern and elegant restaurant located near Piazza Sant’Antonino. It offers creative Mediterranean and Sorrentine cuisine, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The atmosphere is relaxed, with both indoor and outdoor seating available.

Acqua Complementare:
In ogni camera troverà dell’acqua in omaggio. Per ulteriori bottigliette, è possibile richiederle alla reception al costo di 2 € ciascuna.

Servizio Lavanderia:
Offriamo un servizio di lavaggio vestiti in collaborazione con un ente esterno. Per dettagli, tempi di consegna e costi, la invitiamo a contattare la reception.

Servizio Massaggi:
È possibile prenotare un massaggio direttamente in struttura, scegliendo se effettuarlo in camera o in piscina. Collaboriamo con massaggiatori qualificati esterni. Per prenotazioni o maggiori informazioni, siamo a sua disposizione in reception.

Bar:
A bordo piscina, in giardino e all’interno della Villa, potrà gustare drink, caffè e altre bevande. Il nostro staff sarà lieto di servirla se ne ha bisogno.

Intrattenimento in Camera:
Ogni camera è dotata di TV con una vasta selezione di canali, inclusi Netflix e Amazon Prime Video, per il massimo del relax.

Abbiamo il piacere di offrire ai nostri clienti uno sconto del 10% presso due ristoranti selezionati:

• Antico Frantoio: a due Passi dalla struttura, propone piatti tradizionali sorrentina e italiana, con un ottimo menu per Pizza e carne.
• Mò Mò Kitchen & Bar – Sorrento
  Un ristorante elegante e moderno situato vicino a Piazza Sant’Antonino, offre piatti creativi della cucina mediterranea e sorrentina, preparati con ingredienti freschi e locali. L’atmosfera è rilassata, con posti a sedere sia all’interno che all’esterno.
